Pico Brothers Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Slowmo mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

All data collected by the App is anonymous and is not linked to your identity. We do not collect any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g. email in an optional survey).

By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1.2 Usage Data

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics solely to help us improve the App. These include:

This data is anonymous, not linked to you, and cannot be used to identify you personally. No advertising identifier, device identifier, or other persistent identifier is associated with this data.

1.3 Crash Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and diagnostic information when the App encounters an error. This data is anonymous, not linked to your identity, and is used solely to improve app stability.

1.4 In-App Surveys

The App may occasionally present an optional feedback survey. If you choose to participate, the following information is collected:

Survey responses are submitted to Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Providing your email is entirely optional.

1.5 In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases (Remove Watermark, Precision Pack) processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information. Purchase status is stored locally on your device to unlock features.

4. Apple Watch Companion App

The App includes an optional Apple Watch companion app that communicates with the iOS app via Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. Only simple command messages (e.g. "start camera", "begin recording") are exchanged between the devices. No video, photo, or personal data is transmitted over this connection.

5. Data Storage & Security

All user data — including preferences, usage counters, and purchase records — is stored locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms (UserDefaults and Keychain). We do not operate any remote servers that store your personal data.

Purchase verification data is stored in the iOS Keychain, which is encrypted and protected by the operating system.

6. Data Retention

Local data is retained on your device until you delete the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored preferences and data.

Crash reports sent to Firebase Crashlytics are retained according to Google's data retention policies. Survey responses sent to Formspree are retained according to Formspree's data retention policies.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through a survey response, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Since we do not collect any personal data or maintain user accounts, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. All app data is stored locally on your device and is entirely under your control.
